Unfortuately, they just don't have the same effect (which was really disappointing, because I love hats!)
The resident Ingy fashionista says the way to wear sock monkey hats this season is to rock the pacy, but nix the shirt.

They were at a T-shirt shop here in town. They had elks and bears and all kinds of cute things!
