Break Out Your Quartoseptcentennial Costumes!

Happy Texas Independence Day from Colorado!
It's been 175 years (hence the Quartoseptcentennial celebration) since Texas became independent from Mexico.
Although, thankfully, we did not declare our independence from Mexican food!

And FYI: Reed said he was Woody.
Kyle said he was Jessie.  (Of course he is.)

Can't wait to see my little cowboys "deep in the heart of Texas" on Saturday. MR

Way too cute! Love that your one son wanted to be Jessie. Somehow feeling like we missed out a bit on the cowboy stuff by having mostly girls. Except for a short stint after a VBS cowboy theme, my girls didn't go there much.
