I Won an Award

 I had my last PTA meeting (ever) last week.  

After 7 years of being on the exec board, I am done.  

And so they gave me a little award which was very nice. 

Some More Fancy

 Kyle and Reed weren't the only ones looking fancy last weekend.  JR did too.

And he also ended up on stage...because, of course, he would be called up on stage for a sorority formal at a college he doesn't even go to.

Prom

 It's taken me a week to recover from prom.  Let's just say it was a lot.

Jason was at The Masters, but flew back that night to help me in Galveston with Reed's group.

Reed's group was with us, and Kyle's group was at another house in Galveston.  

And if you're wondering what 20 kids can eat in 3 meals, some of the highlights were: 46 eggs, 7 pounds of hamburger meat, and 6 pounds of strawberries.

 I definitely thought we were out of the college acceptance game (especially since the choices had been made) but we had one more come in.  

And as native Houstonians, Jason and I are pretty impressed with this one.  

But those Fighting Farmers couldn't drag him away, so he'll still be headed to CStat in the fall.

My Fake Business

 I've somehow stumbled into almost having a business.  One of my girlfriend's and I keep getting asked to do balloons for events, and we have to keep asking our husbands how to run our fake business (they love giving us help in the billing department). 

We don't even have a name, but we have a slogan...."more is more".   Here's what we've done so far this year.

Fancy

 Kyle was invited to our rival high school's version of cotillion. 

 He said he had fun (when does Kyle not have fun) and I was able to get these pictures out of him.

Easter

 We had a very nice Easter this year.  

We all dressed up and looked like this.
