Cruise Day 3

I've tried to post both Day 3 and 4 at the same time twice and it doesn't seem to be posting, so now I'm going to try and do just day 3. So I may have the same post 3 times. Who knows what's going to show up. 



Day 3: 

I lapped Jason 3 times on the walking track. 

I saw a picture of Kevin Bacon in Val Kilmer's autobiography that looks exactly like Reed. 

We were sure we had won TV theme song trivia, but we didn't. We were still proud of our dream team. 

And we looked like this for dinner and a show. 

Cruise Day 2

We had a super fun day on the boat! 

Jason and I did our walk on the track. 

We did pretty good at 2000's music trivia even though that's not our era.

We did lots of relaxing! 

We ate all the things

And went to both a show and 80's night at the club! 

Cruise Day 1

The most exciting day of any cruise is getting on the boat and day 1. And we had a great day 1! 

Bikes (almost) on the Beach

We rode bikes on the path behind Maimi Beach yesterday which was lovely. 

Everyone here is in amazing shape and also wearing next to no clothes, so it's quite intimidating. 

Then we rode down Ocean Drive which was adorable, and saw Versace's house (that's now a restaurant) and the hotel from Scarface hotel (which is now a CVS). 

Everglades Tour

We went on an Everglades tour yesterday and I learned 2 important things about Florida. 

1. The Everglades isn't a swamp. It's a river. (And the water is super clear.)

2. Any and every body of water in Florida has an alligator living it.  Any pond or deep puddle, yep, there's an alligator in there. 

And we saw lots of alligators in the Everglades! 

We got so close to this one we could see its teeth! 

And then we somehow found ourselves at dinner at one of the swankiest, hippest spots in Miami. 

Where We Are

 I don't have my computer with me, so I'm blogging from email. 

After almost 2 days of traveling, the boys arrived at their first stop, Victoria Falls. 

Jason and I arrived in Miami yesterday. Our hotel has an ocean view

And a city view 

We went out and last night and looked like this. 

Drop Off

 We dropped Grandpa Gary, Kyle, and Reed off at the airport this afternoon.  They're going to Africa for 3 weeks and Chloe and I are not excited about them being gone so long! 

I just checked on the first leg of their flight.
