The Yearbook

I must say, I thought the yearbook did a fabulous job on the theatre page.

19

Jason and I celebrated our 19th anniversary yesterday.
He sent me some of the most gorgeous flowers ever.

Even though we are living in super crazy times, we were able to go to dinner to celebrate.

We are ready for the world to open up so we can plan our 20th!

All of the fathers were celebrated for Father's Day.

Gary and Reed celebrated in South Padre

And Jason and my dad celebrated here in Houston.

Happy Father's Day to a great bunch of dads!

Ghost Crabs

The boys had a blast catching ghost crabs during the evenings.

As expected, JR and I tried to catch exactly 0 crabs.

It was a catch and release situation as there was no way those crabs were coming back home with us.

Vacation!

We got back from Florida a few days ago and it was amazing! It was so nice to be out of our house and act like normal people.  The boys each brought a friend so I was the only girl in the house (as usual).  But boys are super easy.

We were planning on the weather being terrible since a tropical storm was heading that direction (typical of 2020) but we didn't even care since we were so happy to just have something to do.

It looked like this the evening we arrived, but then the weather was gorgeous the rest of the week.

We didn't get a picture of all of us altogether, but the boys looked like this.

And Jason and I looked like this.

Celebrated

We finally were able to celebrate JR's birthday.

Covid seems to be over since it's ok for 60,000 people to go downtown to protest, and wouldn't you know, we had planned JR's birthday dinner for a restaurant downtown on protest night

We moved his dinner to the racquet club, and they all seemed to have fun.  JR even let me come over and take this picture of them.

So Many Fish

Kyle is home from Maw-Maw and Paw-Paw's were he spent most of his time fishing.

He only came home because he had to get his bottom braces put on. And while poor Kyle was getting those on, Reed went to Galveston with one of his friends to fish.  They didn't catch any big ones, but they had fun catching.
