For Her Modeling Portfolio

Look who was the star of the Bahama Bucks Insta this week.

It helps when you have a brother in high places.

Chloe and I are Home

After 6 weeks away, Chloe and I are finally home.

And wouldn't you know it, 2 nights after we left it snowed in the mountains.

Chloe had a wonderful summer.  She went to lunch almost every day, got hugs all up and down Main Street, and got a treat in every store.  She was definitely spoiled....and now she's refusing to go outside because it's so hot!

First Last Day for Everybody

Yesterday was Kyle and Reed's first last day of middle school.

Daisy stood in for Chloe since Chloe is still with me.

And JR had his first last day of school.

His comment on the day was "I'm pretty sure I can make the whole year without doing any homework." You can imagine how proud I am of his motivation.

The Rest of the Fish

Fishing continued to be the main Breckenridge activity while Kyle and Reed were here.  They did their annual boat fishing trip and even found another lake to fish.  They lost count of their fish, and I definitely lost count of the hours they spent doing it.

A River Runs Through It

This one taught himself to fly fish.

He never actually caught anything, but he said  "fly fishing is the best thing ever."

Home

JR's 3 week term at camp turned in to another, so he came home yesterday after 5 weeks.  He said he had the "time of his life" and the pictures certainly look like he did.

No Mountain Goats

Last year we saw so many mountain goats that we named this hike "the mountain goat hike".

This year the only mountain goat we saw was Chloe. Who is definitely the best hiker and climber out of everybody!

Mountain Fishing

This bunch has fished nonstop.  They say it's "the most frustrating fishing" they've ever done because "you can see the fish swimming but they're too smart to get caught!"

After a trip to the store to get different bait it seems they were able to fake a few out.

New Bunch

 This bunch has arrived.

And it took them one day to find a place to fish.
