Last night became Toothless Thursday when JR's other front tooth literally just fell out of his mouth. Not a drop of blood, no tears, no pulling. Apparently, JR's classmate, Jordan, is quite advanced for a first grader and has already earned his DDS. JR informed us a week or so ago that Jordan said his tooth wasn't ready to come out, but would let him know when it was. And since Jordan had yet to give the tooth pull go-ahead, it droped into JR's hand last night as he was watching TV. The Tooth Fairy was still feeling bad about forgetting to pack a fork in JR's lunch, and had been getting angrier and angrier about Forkgate as the day wore on. Needless to say, JR was pretty excited about his $5 this morning.

Congratualations JR on your $5 - you must be a hero in the tooth fairies eyes! I like Jordan's dentistry instincts - don't push Mother Nature.
